Excepting any situation where we are compelled to do so by law, Building Vision London will never share your details with any other organisation or individual. We only use our clients’ telephone numbers, email and postal addresses to contact them concerning work we are carrying out and will never sell them to a third party or use them for marketing purposes.

If you make an enquiry about our services but do not become a client of ours, none of your contact details will be retained by us. If you do take advantage of our services, we will only retain the information needed to complete our financial records. Any payment details that you supply us with are never stored digitally, as part of our policy to safeguard your details by taking all reasonable precautions.

Our Terms and Conditions

  1. We guarantee that the work we do is completed to the highest standards and that we always do our best to ensure that each client is completely satisfied with the service they receive. If for any reason this is not the case, we will try to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

  1. We provide all the tools and materials necessary to complete any job that we accept and always use materials of the highest quality to ensure a professional finish. If a client requires us to match the colours we use with existing ones in their home or work premises, we will ensure that our materials provide an exact match or inform the client in question if this is not possible before proceeding with the work.

  1. The quotations that we provide may need to be revised if the work for which we are quoting changes with regard to scope or materials used.

  1. Although we take every care possible to avoid damaging our clients’ possessions, it is the responsibility of each client to remove any valuable or fragile items from the space in which we will be working, as well as any pictures, wall hangings and electrical accessories that are present.

  1. We can assist with the removal or large items of furniture and white goods for an additional fee but we reserve the right to withdraw this service in the event that we believe any of the items in question could pose unacceptable health and safety risks to our employees or could easily be damaged if moved.

  1. In most cases, central heating fixtures such as radiators will not need to be moved prior to the commencement of work but if it is necessary, we can remove and replace them for a fee.

  1. We always do our utmost to protect any items that remain in the areas where we are working from damage and will take all reasonable precautions such as covering and masking where appropriate. In the event that items are damaged in any way, whether from spilled paint or dust, we will do our best to clean them.

  1. Before work commences, we will request that any removable items which cannot be covered or otherwise protected adequately are removed. If the client refuses to do so, we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to these items.

  1. In the event that we request permission to leave tools on site overnight, the client may refuse on the basis that any loss or damage to such tools might have to be made good by the client.

  1. During the time that we are working onsite, we expect the client to provide running water, electrical power and bathroom facilities where possible.
